Despicable Me

Have you seen Despicable Me? Well In July a movie called Despicable Me 2 came out and it is about a guy named Gru he has three girls that he adopted and Gru is a working with Jam trying to make it, with the help of Dr. Diveor, then he announced he will be leaving. One day when Gru walked outside he was shocked and token to this under water world. The people told him there that they want him to be a spy on a top secret mission to get a formula, because they know he stole the moon. There is five people that might be the victim of having the formula. Meanwhile there is a working named Lucy that will be working with Gru. Gru kids think Gru likes Lucy after awhile Gru think he might like her and he finds out after the mission she is moving. He forgets about that and works on the mission. He sees Meanwhile,  Gru thinks the person that has the formula is Eduardo he was a (kind of super hero). After lots of work they find the guy watch the movie to find out who they find the formula keeper to be, is Eduardo the super hero, does Gru like Lucy. You will have to find out all the mysteries I hope I made you want to watch the movie. 



I think this was a good book some part were kind of weird, but the rest was very good that is why I left you hanging with this blog summary.  I thought you should watch the movie and watch the whole thing with out me telling all of it about the movie it is that interesting I think you should watch the good parts by yourself.

Each Kindness By Jacqueline Woodson

Have you ever moved? Well a girl named Maya had walked into a classroom with the principal, she said this is Maya she is a new student, she had old and ragged clothes. Maya sat down in a sit next to Chloe and smile Chloe looked away. At recess chloe and her friends would wispier secrets probably about Maya. One day Maya game over to Chloe and her friends and said you want to play they said NO. Chloe did everything she could to ignore Maya, and saying they were not friends. That is not nice. One day maya came to school with all nice clothes and shoes, but still Chloe did not want to play. At school the next day Maya was not there, and during class we had to say something nice we did but Chloe had nothing to say she had not been a good friend. She waited, waited, and waited for Maya to come Back. Read the book to see what happens if she comes back!




I think this a was great book it showed me that you can always make more friends. If someone does not have a friend you can always ask if they want to be friends with you they might have had a hard time with family, other friends, they might have moved. But the one thing that was not my favorite about this book was the end you are reading then you are super interesting what is going to happens at the end but it leaves you hanging. I mean it is not that bad to end that way like some times I like making my own ending but it is more real if it finishes. Other than that I thought this book was very inspirational and fu to listen to.

The Fantastic Flying Books of Mr. Morris Lessmore By Willam Joyce

Have you ever had a book you loved? Well that is what happened to Morris! He loved books as well as he owned a ton.  Also Morris was writing a book of his own a dark wind came near and everything blew and blew. Then he felt like it was all over without his books. One day he looked up saw this women with her books, flying.
Books led Morris to a place it was a library, he felt like the books were talking to him. He began reading again he felt like he was in the books. All the books were not normal books they would not just sit on the shelf they could wonder around so Morris never got they to stay were he wanted them. Morris thought every one should read.
Then the days passed years passed he was getting older but he was still reading one night he finished his book he realized it was time to stop. He was walking out of his room of books then he realized he was in the air with his books like the women at beginning of the story, he was young again. What has happened? A girl walking into the library.

I think this was a entertaining story it is not like the rest of the picture books I have read this was more fun and I really sis not know what was going to happen at the end but with a lot of other books you know what is going to happen but not with this one it was more fun, creative.




Someone was inspired to write a film about the book The Fantastic Flying Books of Mr. Morris Lessmore. It shows that Morris loves to read throughout the story. Below is a film about that book. After watching the film, I resized that the movie had a lot more detail than the book I know that because the video was 15 minutes long and reading the book took longer and and it takes longer to read a book. The video got acendemy   awards and that shows it was a good video and I thought so too.

Westlandia By Paul Fleischman

I have just read Westlandia is is a very creative book I really thought it was good. Wesley the young boy is fun that is what making the book interesting and fun. He is not the normal kid the people at his school do not like him like the rest of the kids.  At school he is smart and one day is family asks him what he learned he said about plants and the civilization. The moment he had a brilliant idea that was going to change his summer plans. Wesley a put some dirt together and that night something magical happened the next morning he saw the plants it was no plants he had ever seen. There fore his neighbors  were coming over to try to figure out what kinds of plants there,  and that is what changed the story after that he had a full backyard of those plants he called the plants Swiss and named his area Westlandia and that is what made the story interesting, fun, creative. So read the story and see what happens.
